Although I didn’t know it at the time, growing up in a construction family and achieving a university degree in Business had laid a solid foundation for a career in Real Estate.  In the past I’ve led multiple teams and spent years running marketing campaigns.  I understand that concise messaging and clear communication is needed whenever buying or selling.  In this referral business, I’m extremely loyal to my clients and with my focus on honesty and integrity I hope to gain yours.  

When working with buyers, I point out and discuss the issues with various properties so that you can focus on the esthetics and functionality.  It doesn’t matter if it takes two days or two years to find your home, I will be there until the job is done.

When working with sellers, I focus on marketing your property, not myself.  I set realistic expectations with home pricing and selling time by discussing the current market trends and strategies with you.  I use the latest technology to get the message out, helping to speed up the sales process.
